Dr.Toby is one of the greatest Doctors I've ever had.
The receptionist and Dr. we're great. My only disappointment was I missed a call from them and when I tried to return the call, I was unable to. You get a long message about all their offices and when you press the number for this office it hangs up. I have tried 20 times with no result. It is frustrating.
The process for scheduling an appointment was easy, the wait time was within 15 minutes and even less time in the exam room before Dr. Kirkwood arrived. Dr. Kirkwood has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and discuss my options. I have never felt rushed to move on. It has been a pleasure visiting his practice. That's not something typically heard when visiting a doctor.
My visit was on time and quick, Dr, Ronald Kirkwood understood my health issues and was able to help me resolve the issues.
I was very pleased.Dr.Kirkwood was very attendive answered all my question .everyone was real nice.
Appointment easy to get. Didn't wait very long to see doctor. Got what I went in for.
Went in with extreme throat pain and he fixed me right up with medication and it was strep throat and I feel sooo much better for it!!
Easy to make appointments online. Office staff is very helpful and Dr Ron Kirkwood is attentive to my needs and very thorough in addressing them.
