Only 2 windows are open right next to each other but those 2 clerks are just talking to each other and not assisting anyone at all.
For the crazy amount of people they see daily, they move pretty quickly.
Not a joke nor an exaggeration, they have 14 windows at most 3 are open, and it takes several hours to get your medicine. I also had a low blood sugar episode here & the staff in a hospital facility refused to help, despite me being billed, paying copays & seeing providers here I had my kids & nobody was able to provide a rescue glucose or anything. If they saw my medical file they would see i have reactive hypoglycemia but just assumed I was [with my kids] another homeless person begging for a meal, I needed glucose tablets... read more
