Horrible customer service!!! Bought an atv after a month with it it broke so we called and we were told to take in for service when we got it back it was in worse condition they put in old and used parts and even changed the battery and put an old one and still had the Audi city to say that we were responsible to pay $800 for all the broken parts. The mechanic who attended us was very rude and disrespectful, took them 4 months to fix it and even then it broke down again from the same thing. Never took it back Laredo area !!!... read more
