I don't do this often, but my experience at this location was aweful, sorry. I knew I was going to be arriving for an oil change later in the day and wanted to ensure they would still be able to service me, so I called to confirm. Store hours are posted as closing at 6PM and I was told that if I arrived by 5:30, I would be good to go. I arrived at 4:45. The service bays were all empty. I purchased a diesel from this dealership in 2017, and since then, it has been the only place I’ve trusted for service—both for the diesel and my Chevrolet commuter. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined to the point where I can no longer recommend them.
