I bought a 2500 HD for 108k at the Sherwood park dealer; neither of the dealerships have been able to service my vehicle since. I’ve dropped it off at 7 am with the full understanding it will be taken care of only to receive a call at 4 pm saying they didn’t have time as requested to keep it over night. The service department was rude and unorganized. As a previous dodgers owner who just swapped to Chevy this has been the worst experience servicing a vehicle in my car owning life.
