I wouldn't have them work for me again
I met with the owner of this business on a Friday before memorial day weekend. It went well. He said he would get me a bid next week after the holiday. That was fine. On Wednesday, I recieved an e-mail from him as promised very nice and polite with a sketch drawing of what we talked about. He also made some recommendations on some changes for me.
