Dr James did a knee replacement on my Dad when he was 85. It was a game changer for his quality of life. He is an excellent surgeon and we highly recommend him!
I waited months and drove over an hour to my first appointment with Dr. James. After being placed in an examination room and told the doctor would be advised I was ready, I waited and waited and waited. An hour and a quarter after my appointment time, the PA came back into the room and apologized, saying the doctor had been held up in surgery and was just leaving the hospital, 15 minutes away! The office did not have the courtesy to tell me about the delay when I arrived or anytime until after I had waited for over an hour. ... read more
