Driver was called out via AAA, was given all necessary legal paperwork for the vehicle in question and then refused to tow it. Very poor customer service driver was rude and condescending. Will be filing more formal complaints.
I was very pleased with the service from the DuPratt Ford Dixon service members from start to finish. It began when I inquired about a vehicle listed on their website and was rapidly contacted by Daniel.
