Ronda Pratt's service department left a lot to be desired. My experience with the advisors was particularly frustrating. They employ a rather questionable upselling tactic that feels disingenuous. For instance, when I was asked if I wanted them to "top off" my diesel exhaust fluid, it sounded like a nice gesture. Ryan is an impressive young man, respectful, very knowledgeable, eager to help, and honest. Extremely rare qualities at a dealership. Recently bought a Bronco Sport from Rebecca at DuPratt Ford Dixon. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, and made the big purchase (first time buying new!) so special for me!
