Ron got us a good price when we sold our house however after the deal was signed and the 2nd walk thru was complete he scheduled a additional walk thru and told me the lawyer wouldn't sign off on it if I didn't let the buyer through again. When I contacted my lawyer I was told they represented both sides and they never said that. unethical and deceitful. Would not recommend...
