They are absolutely unprofessional. I applied to rent a house in their advertisement. I sent them the documents they requested. I waited for a positive or negative decision from them for three weeks. At the end of 3 weeks, they said they rejected it without giving any reason. A professional would give a reason after waiting to hear from them for three weeks. If you had told me what the problem was, maybe I could have solved that problem, but they disappointed me.
