If I could leave zero stars, I would. This experience was nothing short of infuriating. I dropped my truck off on July 7, and because of the sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism from both Ron Craft and my warranty company, I didn’t get it back until August 28. My service consultant Monica Cook and her team of technicians are great and pay attention to detail as to what my car needs to keep me safely driving on the road. This visit I needed rear struts and an alignment on my CT 6. I'll be back for the next oil change in the near future. They have always gotten me in even on short notice. Job well done.
