Sent my truck in for a diagnostic and they just played in my face. Want $2000 to tear the engine down for a diagnostic but want another $2000 to put it back together. No straightforward answers no help at all. $200 for a fuel sample is ridiculous. And my truck still has no answers as to what’s going wrong with it. Just a bunch of time and money wasted I’d probably have better luck with a shade tree mechanic as far as a direct answer goes.
Took my car there and spent about $6000 on repairs when I left my car was basically the same. The engine light came on and when I made them aware of the situation, they stated that it was another problem. I assumed since this was the dealer that they were take care of the problem no one expects to get ripped off by the dealership
