I've been seeing Dr. Chitayat for almost 20 years now. Surprisingly, a few years back he told me to get my thyroid checked out as I had some swelling. Ends up I needed to have half of my thyroid removed! So, he's thorough, lets put it that way. He's very methodical, a nice guy and I'm not sure there's a better Gastroenterologist in our area. The good news is we can beat colon cancers and often other diseases if we get regular checkups and catch these problems with early screenings!
Both my husband and I r patients of Dr Chitayat. On my first visit to Dr Chitayat, I was very nervous. Dr went out of his way to explain my condition in a very comforting manor, he spoke to me and not at me. I left feeling very comfortable with my prognosis and recovery plan.
My dad and grandfather have been going to Dr. CHITAYAT for over 20 years. Now I'm the 3rd generation and he is very nice.
Dr. Chitayat is a caring and thorough physician. Over the years my husband and I have had excellent care and follow-up.
