I've owned Chapman pirogues for 30 years . My favorite has been the Cottonmouth, two man boat. I actually sunk a one man copperhead with my dog and gear one opening day. It was my fault, I must have let my dog get too fat (not me). Great boats, get the vinyl rails and you will be well pleased for many years.

Have had my 2-man for 20 years + still going strong. Configured it for deer hunting (e.g. double rifle rack next to right side and neoprene padding for sound dampening in boat and on paddles and poles) in everglades and has been the most effective method for hunting that I've found. Next one will be the one man - weighs less and narrower.
Customer service is great. Told them what i wanted and had it the same week shipped to my door. Love my canebreak. Bought it for duck hunting and it works much better than i could have imagined.
