Been with this company for almost 2 years now. They were very decent. And now I cannot get through to make a payment over the phone, have been trying for months and the office is never open. Always going to voicemail. And now I get a message saying “due to network difficulties your call cannot be completed at this time”..... Got a statement in the mail with a note on it saying “I don’t think she planned on paying us” well, that’s just rude!!!! I’ll switch to a different company!!!!! Bye!!!!!!
