I recently called Mr. Brooks to view a property for sale. I was originally scheduled to meet him at 2. However Mr. Brooks called me back & said some rules "recently changed"...Today as a matter of fact & he had to ask me some personal questions. Among these questions he asked if I had a mortgage pre-approval letter which I stated No. But I didn't know a mortgage was the only way you can buy a house🤔 I guess paying for a house in full because you don't want a mortgage is completely out of the question. He’s rude and unhelpful. Totally disrespectful.
Slumlord? That would be a promotion for Brooks. He cost me a small fortune because he didn't pay attention to properties he was managing, not even aware that tenants had moved out and trashed the place.
