Very strict rules & not willing to work with you on getting the property
Absolutely love them When we applied we had JUST moved to valdosta. Just started new jobs and needed a place to understand we didnt have 3 months worth of paystubs. They worked with us, we put in our application and forms for BG checks. Everything came back and the next day we put the deposit down on the apartment.
