Just a word to potential buyers, prepare to lose your earnest money if a technicality trips your up. Avoid high earnest money deposits and watch those deadlines to review the property documents like a hawk so you do not lose your deposit. There seem to be No hesitations to take it. Agent maybe so eager to get it they name themselves as payee of the forfeited funds and forget about E & V who they represent.
Terrible people. Their 'higher than average' fee goes straight to self-aggrandizing galas, day drinking, and marital infidelity. STAY AWAY. These are the worst of the worst sorts of people.
My experience with Matt Ditzler was worse than terrible. He is difficult to reach, and clearly prioritizes his clients based on his commission. He was MIA when my purchase agreement was imploding, and I ended up hiring a lawyer myself to resolve the issues, Zero stars - Avoid at all cost.

Engel & Völkers was the property manager for my property at 2561 Loghaven Dr. NW. Sara Kuzecki was the property manager. Any time i needed to get a new key for my home I was told I had to use their locksmith which costed me $200 each time. The home had soft wood so the door hinges did not stay in and I was charged for a new door. There was a washer and dyer hook up but it was nonfunctional. Sara did nothing. My money was used to buy new blinds, drywall( with no holes in the walls), a new fan that wasn’t broke, and to paint. ... read more
