This is a scary place to bring your vehicle for service. I took my truck there for its first service. Did NOT purchase vehicle there originally but I live 3 miles from dealership. It was only for the first diesel service so basic oil change and rotation and balance of tires. Check in was fine. The service took longer than promised! Service advisor lost my keys after receiving them from tech. Took 45 minutes to locate keys which consequently made me miss a doctors appointment.
