KJ was great to work with. He listened to what was going on with my truck and made me an appointment for the next day. He called when the repair was complete and got me back on the road.
The experience was a good one for my first time being serviced at a dealership..my car was serviced as promised. I had to self navigate to get service started and the floor and seat covers the mechanic used were still in place upon return to my car but overall the job was done.✅

I appreciate the welcome by name as though you actually know who I am. I appreciate the offer of a ride home, although that was out of the question. I appreciate the ride to Enterprise so I could rent a vehicle while mine was being repaired. I wish you still had your own loaner vehicles as I think it would have saved me, and others, quite a bit of time.
