Not happy. I guess it's possible that I took some things for granted - like they would care about my home and the quality of their work - but I was wrong. If you use these guys - get a written contract so there is nothing taken for granted. At the end it came down to an argument over who was responsible for hauling away the trash (like my old carpet) and why I should expect a good job repairing/replacing my moldings which they removed to install the floor.
