We have been going to Rom's for almost 20 years now. Raul and his mechanics are great guys. A few years ago, He towed my 80 year old mother's car to his shop from Hollister. When she drove it, it was cutting out. One of his guys opened up the hood of the car, and a huge jack rabbit jumped on the mechanic. The guy screamed It scared the crap out of him.. The rabbit hopped onto to his shoulder and ran across to the bus/train station. The car was cutting out because the rabbit had set up his home under the hood of my mom's car ... read more

Raul and his team have been most honest and fair mechanics I have found in my entire life. The fact that I live within walking distance and that they're directly across from the local bus line is just a bonus.
Rom again is my local hero of the week. He did engine surgery on my truck and prevented me from getting a giant bill for a new used engine. Instead, I get my truck back this week and pay a fraction of what the greedy Courtesy dealership in San Jose would have charged us. Thank you again for top notch service!
