Did work on my septic with out being authorized, Threatens us with court and red tagging our house (failed septic system) and reporting us to health department unless we paid $1060.00
They took my money for a maintenance contract and came to find out by the health department that they are not authorized to service my system and they had done no maintenance. When I call I spoke to a woman who said she would get back to me with resolution, and not only did they not get back to me, but they won't even answer my calls. I'd be embarrassed if I were them!
