We were in New Orleans for work and wanted something different. Decided to take a class and enjoyed it so much. Will definitely take more classes when we go back later this year. Wish we had this Studio in Richmond, Va.
I cannot say enough about this amazingly fresh and beautiful place. Light and airy yet will bring to your knees in a second, Erin and her talented staff set the bar for the ultimate workout for Body & Mind.
The classes are great but they have a very strict policy if you miss or try to cancel a class. For example, I registered for a class online last night then this morning I was sick. I called the studio before the class started and told them I was sick and couldn't make it and if I could reschedule for another day. They would not allow me to reschedule the class without keeping the fee of $27 per class.
