Over booked. Work on two children at the same time back and forth between rooms leaving my child with faulty work and now requires 2 caps! Not to mention for a cleaning they open up the complimentary tooth brush and brush your child's teeth with it and use the complimentary floss error to floss. It was a joke!

We apologize for the wait, sometimes we are very busy and unfortunately pediatric dentistry is unpredictable and some scenarios warrant immediate treatment causing a delay. As for faulty work, not all treatment is predictable and sometimes other treatment is necessary. If you would like to address the treatment route which was elected for the patient, I would be happy to discuss it with you at any time. Again our sincerest apologies and we will take this review and work to better our practice.
