they don't follow through with work orders unless hounded on, continue to allow horrible things to keep happening by not caring who they let in. every building either has roaches or ants no matter how much you deep clean and spray. save your time, don't move here unless you REALLY have no choice
I think this is just my point of view if they can afford to order delivery they can afford rent full price and give the drivers a tip .. I'm tired of paying for there stuff out of my tax money rent,food and they get a check each month to pay there electric bill there's plenty of jobs out there maybe there should be a program that they have to prove they have been looking for a job and drug screens
How about running background checks on your renters AND When are you going to STOP your renters from dragging the Payless shopping carts to the apartment complex?
It looks warm and like an actual home where you would feel safe and want to raise your children where do I sign up?
These apartments are lovely and affordable, those two things combined makes it a place I'd like to live.
