This isn't about the DO specifically but the office NEVER answers the phone. So you can't make an appointment. It always goes to VM. It doesn't matter if you call in the morning or afternoon or multiple times. There's no way they can be that busy. Appointments already take weeks if you can even get them to answer. The absolute worst.

Dr Devra has been wonderful Although I have two referrals waiting that do not accept my insurance. I have repeatedly tried calling the office just to schedule an appointment to fix my referral and prescription issues it is ABSOLUTELY impossible to reach anyone in this office. Two weeks now and I can not get my prescriptions or referrals
Dr. De Vera is excellent! I have had many PCPs in my life and have been fortunate to have access to some of the best. Dr. De Vera is hands down the best PCP I've ever had. He's smart, prepared, caring, listens, and reasonable. Not just a great doctor, he's a wonderful human being. The staff is also excellent, efficient, and friendly. This is an exceptional practice.
Dr. DeVera is an excellent doctor. When most doctors are all about numbers, Dr. DeVera stands out in the fact that he takes genuine care of his patients needs and concerns without the appointment feeling rushed. I wish more practioners were like him. You can tell that he still enjoys his job unlike some of my previous doctors. I always recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new primary care physician. Five Stars
