When you've been communicating with a particular agent and you're asked to spend $2,500 on insurance you should either get the coverage limits you request -OR- a response explaining why your request isn't possible. What you should NOT get is no response at all to your request...which is exactly what I got from this agency. There are far too many alternatives, even other local Allstate agents, to patronize this agency.
Romilee and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Brooke Lannie helped me get my vehicle insurance swapped up getting me the best coverage and road side assistance I could get, i will be recommending them to everyone i know
