I’ve been going to Romi Beauty Salon since they first opened, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Their eyebrow threading is amazing—they always take their time to shape my brows perfectly, and they really listen to what I want. I’ve never left disappointed. Very nice and professional service.
I have been coming here for threading and they do a decent job, but I will never return for styling services. I booked a 9:00 AM appointment for saree tying and hairstyling because I had a hard stop at 9:45 AM. They didn’t even start on me until 9:15 AM because they were busy with another client. The quality was unacceptable: Saree Tying ($35): The pleating was shabby and poorly done. Always perfect. Everytime.
The ladies at Romi are professional and delightful to do business with. I have been to 3 different girls to do threading and waxing, each was highly qualified and took pride in their ability. They also made me feel extremely comfortable, not speaking the language and unsure of the procedures had no bearing on me. I highly recommend threading for unwanted hair and shaping eyebrows!
