Terrible didn't inspect attic found bathroom fan running underneath insulation, with no ductwork. Knew the previous home owners , probably didn't inspect half the things he should have. also oven vent running directly to attic with no back flow valve. Gets pretty chilly with an 8 inch pipe blowing cold air into your home. At least he didn't forget to right up the shrubs need pruning .useless, waste of money.
