For the second time, Ed Romero came up with a creative solution to a home repair issue that has been going on for years. First he helped me with a skylight issue a few years ago and recently a wood siding repair issue. The fix looks good and means I won't have to worry about it again.

Ed and his team did an outstanding job building our new deck. The quality of their workmanship is excellent, and they demonstrated great flexibility when we requested a few changes during the project. They adapted quickly to our modifications without any issues. Ed's team was professional throughout the entire process, and we're very satisfied with the final result..

Romero Roofing was fantastic. Ed was easy to reach, answered all our questions and gave good advice. His crew worked quickly and professionally, protecting our siding and garden with tarps and cleaning up daily. I hand-weeded the entire front garden afterwards and barely found any leftover debris—proof of their attention to detail. I was so impressed, I recommended them to my parents and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

There aren’t enough stars to give Romero roofing. Excellent job and the indoor water feature we had is now gone. The other work we had done turned out fantastic. They have gained a customer for life. Don’t hesitate to give them a call and hire them, you won’t regret it.

Romero Roofing has been difficult to deal with, from poor communication to rude customer service reps to having to hold and then to do the job. Initially received an estimate for roof removal, which quickly turned into a roof rebuild at more than twice the cost. I experienced surprise cancellations, poor communication, and a job that was not done correctly the first time with this company, but the warranty covers them not doing the job right so they did come fix it.
