My 3 year old son had a new patient appt scheduled here. It was quickly cancelled. While I’m sure the DDS is friendly and knowledgable, neither my son’s mom nor myself could get past the receptionist regarding insurance. I couldn’t post her name even if i wanted to because she answered the phone “Dentist office” without so much as a hello. I inquired about my son’s appt and the confusion the receptionist had with my son’s mother regarding his dental insurance. Referred to by a friend. After dealing with a private dentist who wouldn’t even touch my teeth unless I got all this stuff done first, I’ll try her!
I was impressed by friendly and Helpful staff. Personally, I really dislike have dental work done but Dr Romero made me feel so at ease. Unlike some of the chain dentistry locations, they do not try to sell you things that you don’t need nor do they hand you a credit application as you enter front door. This is truly what family dentistry should be like.
