Never give a complete breakdown on car I purchased, never said I would be charged an extra *****. Don't believe they put coating on car that I was charged *****.thats just the start

This information is not accurate as consumer was provided these documents several times. The vehicle was advertised for the price it was purchased for, and signed off on several times. Consumer not only received an itemized breakdown, but has continued to ask for the same documents over and over which are supplied over and over. I guess I will start by getting right to point. I brought my car in for an oil change just to have one of the service techs intentionally and fraudulently tamper with my exhaust in order to get more work. I have tried to reach the General Manager and no call back. I will be sharing my story with whoever will listen. This dealer did not use the negotiated price for financing, and added in our down payment after the negotiated price, then used the negotiated rate for what we financed. We verbally agreed to $46,000 for a RAV4. They asked me to sign a piece of paper saying we would buy the car if they agreed to $46,000 "out the door". They agreed, then started going over all the other things: add ons, warrantees, other up sells. We declined. There were other delays such as running the credit check. 2 days agoNEW If I could rate this place using negative numbers I would. Absolute horrible experience!!!! This dealership takes advantage of people especially during difficult periods of time. I was in an accident in need of a car. ********* assured me that I would be able to drive home the SAME day in my car paying with a check from my credit union.
