I’m new here as of Nov 2022 but so far it’s a perfect space for me even though I had to downsize to live here. It’s like a small cottage with my own entrance. It already feels like “home” to me and the few residents I’ve met are really nice. I like that there’s room to install a full size washer/dryer as well as each unit has its own water heater. Heat and A/C are self controlled by thermostat. The water pressure is great, much better than the house I moved from. The only thing that I miss is having a garage for my vehicle. ... read more
Cute little one bedroom cottage. Tenants stay to themselves. Nothing to do if u don't work.
