While the food is very good, the service is always, dismissive.
This is the 2nd time my simple order was screwed up!! It's not hard to understand 2 slices, 2 beef patties w/cheese and 1 mozzarella and tomato pannini. I got 2 undercooked, cold slices, one beef pattie and 2 chicken pannini's. I was offered a credit! No way! I said I want my money back. This place used to be one of the best places. Not anymore. We're not going to order from them again. Gino's on Crossbay from now on!
Used to be my go to spot but i feel like they get lazy when i ask for thin crust. Its the same thing with Sofias.
Asked for a paper bag for my pizza and they gave so much attitude manager was complaining about how much it cost worst pizza too don’t bother with the fake reviews on here
