Rude, condescending, and full of it. Called me on a Saturday and said I need to come in a pay more deposit or return the machine, I told him it was the weekend and no one could come pay him or return the machine. Would not take my card over the phone so I had to drive there and pay a second deposit. Said he would call the police if I did not and report the machine stolen. I rented a machine and the service was great.
What a way to ruin my weekend. From outdated equipment to rude staff, there’s not much else this place has to offer. Their office hours are incorrect on Google and I was blamed for this. Despite trying to return an item I rented on time, twice, I was still not given any leeway and had to pay additional fees. A facility with filled with disrespect and a lack of understanding has no place in the great city of Romeo. Never going back again!
