Great staff helped with literally everything

They were very helpful. When the snake I rented didn't work (my fault) they gave me referral for a plumber. That got me going.
Rude, condescending, and full of it. Called me on a Saturday and said I need to come in a pay more deposit or return the machine, I told him it was the weekend and no one could come pay him or return the machine. Would not take my card over the phone so I had to drive there and pay a second deposit. Said he would call the police if I did not and report the machine stolen.
