friendly staff and very helpful
I felt rushed and when it came time to enter my insurance information for payment, it was entered wrong. Rather than re-enter the correct information, I was boldly instructed that I had to contact my insurance provider. My wifes insurance claim worked (same insurance provider and plan) so I am very disappointed with the careless and lazy office work. We were so rushed they couldn't even enter the correct information to the insurance provider. Never had this problem anywhere except for Romeo Optometry. That is my honest revie... read more
