My husband was under Dr Legaspi’s care. We liked him very much as a doctor. However, when we moved to Arizona, we needed Dr. Legaspi’s office to sign off on ONE form for our insurance. The form has been returned incomplete 3 times! I have been trying to get his office to send the forms to my insurance company for three months! This is beyond frustrating.
