Brought my car in because the transmission is slipping. Service advisor Josh advised we needed a transmission service. When asked how did he know that, he responded because the technician checked the fluid. My Kia has a filled for life transmission so there's no dipstick. Had he looked at my records, he would also have seen that it has its scheduled transmission service 15k miles ago.
