Always has been good to me and my whole family, hopefully Dr. Romeo is still working,
Do not go to this Dentist! I got my wisdom teeth out in 2008 by Dr. Frank Romeo, I had to go back in the office 3 times for dry socket, I was told by co-workers that they usually give you something to clean out your mouth-I asked about this and was given NOTHING. I was in pain for 3 weeks and to this day my current dentist tells me that the poor job done by Dr. Frank Romeo has caused costly other issues to my gums and teeth near the wisdom cavities. Tried to schedule an appointment for a surgical extraction, the receptionist Debbie was extremely rude to me and to my mother. We've never experienced someone so arrogant and obnoxious in a dental office in our lives, and we were promptly hung up on several times without so much as a thank you or goodbye. In the end we decided to cancel due to her demeanor as she made it impossible to schedule - even going so far as to argue that our insurance would not cover it, which we'd already verified with our insurance company. Dr. Romeo is the best!! Staff can, at times, be obnoxious...but my motto is "to kill them with kindness". Waiting area and booking time could stand to be improved upon.
