Anthony was outstanding! I have told everyone how wonderful he was to work with. I went in to buy a car and walked out with 2!!!! He listened to my needs and found me the perfect vehicles.
Dropped my truck at their service department in mid-September and it took 5.5 weeks to get it back. It was driveable and they didn't even diagnose it for 4 weeks, which was the only time they called me. I had to call them if I wanted any update and their service department phone number rarely works. Half the time there was an automated message saying it was the wrong number. If they were that far behind, they should have told me at drop off and I would have waited. The communication and customer service is non-existent here.... read more

Suburban Ford of Romeo is an amassing Dealership. I knew what I wanted and researched which dealership had it. Hillary Adam our Sales Rep was amazing. Very nice to deal with. It was worth the hour plus drive to get there. I would recommend anyone looking for a Ford to consider this dealership.
