We LOVE going to RFD! The staff is amazing. It’s so clean and updated. My small children love it here and are not afraid of the dentist! It’s great. Ms. Heather has my oldest daughter feel most comfortable. She struggles with nervous anxiety at a young age and that goes away here. They are great with all ages. They’re the best!
My entire family have been patients here for many years, and we love that it is a true neighborhood family friendly dental practice. Both Dr. Youngs are gentle, trustworthy, and great with our dental anxiety. We love that we always get to see the same doctors and that they listen and don't try to push extra treatment.
I scheduled appointments for my two children back in August as new patients. After waiting months, I was told the office lost a hygienist and now can’t see us until May. Clearly, they are at capacity for new patients and unable to manage their schedule effectively. I decided to cancel and go to another dentist who was able to get us in much sooner and has better reviews. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and planning.
New patient in June of '25 for my 2 children, made 6 month appointment before I left, per their recommendation. They just called me to cancel it a couple days before my kids were supposed to them. They told me they lost a hygienist and may 12 way the next available appointment that worked with everyone's schedule. They lost a hygienist and now my appointment is delayed 5 months? Sounds like they may be at capacity, time to look for a new dentist!
