Ive bought 3 cars from romeo. I had the worst salesman possible. I bought a new car on Nov. 11th 2025. & Christopher Teeter was the salesman. Im now trying to hunt down plates he claims we're turned in so im not paying insurance on A CAR DONT OWN!! I called Romero 3X about this & no one can produce any proof that Christopher did not turn my plates in as promised. Of course Romeo doesn't care they got their sale. EDIT AS OF 2/9/26: After dealing with all the headache for this vehicle, The plates from the vehicle I traded in WERE NOT TURNED IN, this dealership Claims they have their own DMV…..MY ADVICE?? DO NOT Leave them in charge of turning your plates in. Because when you call to ask questions?? They will just tell you what you wanna hear. I am now stuck in a position, To now Locate my plate to make sure I don’t have to continue to pay on them…… This dealership was incredibly unprofessional.
