I booked my toner appointment specifically with senior stylist Victoria and arrived early, but an apprentice was assigned to me without informing me beforehand. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing — the water temperature was not handled properly, the brushing was extremely rough, and it honestly looked like no toner had been done afterward. Gillian is amazing! She always does such a great job with my hair and she gives THE best head massage while washing your hair. She’s friendly, professional, and makes the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. I always leave feeling so happy with the results. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented hairstylist!
