I was told that a sexual dysfunction side effect of a medication was “part of life” and “most men are not bothered”. I find that condescending, callous, and impossible to believe. He had no compassion for anything I was going through and his staff were curt and rude.
I went to see him to have a cyst removed from scrotum had surgery and removed only half of the cyst when I asked him why he got upset like why would I question him 2 months later cyst is growing back more now I have to find another surgeon to have it removed fully would never go back he's only interested in making money has no. Compassion or pride In his work stay away
My PCP sent me to the urologist with the particular issue. I saw dr. Rome 3 times and he completely ignored it. I'm going to see another doctor to get a treatment.
I have screened 5 urologists before selecting Dr. Rome for my father’s surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, punctual and attentive. He is a true expert in his field and evaluated and discussed all possible options before deciding on surgery. His follow up was thorough and my dad, who is not easily satisfied, was very impressed. We are extremely grateful for the level of expertise and attention he received.
Dr Rome treated my husband and went above and beyond for us. He was detailed in his explanation of the diagnosis, treatment options, and very responsive to inquiries. He saved my husband from surgery and post op recovery. Office staff was accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!
Great doctor! Dr. Rome is meticulous, attentive and supportive. He was caring and very good at what he did. He explained our options in great detail as well as the pros and cons of every treatment that my family needed. He is an excellent doctor who listened and made sure we fully understood the ins and outs of anything that would transpire. Would highly recommend!
First and foremost, there is little to no waiting time to see the doctor. I feel my time is also respected as a patient. I often have problem with kidney stones and Dr. Rome addresses the causes and the solution clearly.
Every visit to Dr. Rome is comfortable. He explains everything so you understand it and takes his time to make sure you understand it. The Staff is always friendly and helpful.
