Great service and great guys
Great Work by Great People anyone who knows anything about cars knows that you can never tell what caused the problem, you just know you have one. the folks at Rome Radiator Service are knowledgable enough to inform the customer of where their problem originated and how to fix it so that it is not a re-occuring thing! They haven;t been in business for 30 years for no reason!!
Horrible experience I had an issue with my radiator about 1.5 years ago. I was told it would cost a particular amount to fix and it would be done on a particular day. On that day, I called and was told, not only was it not done, but the same job was going to be more expensive. When I said I had already been quoted, the owner told me that "obviously, I wasn't going to be happy and that he would put my car back together and I could come get it and take it elsewhere." I would never reccommend this business to anyone!
