Whatever you do, don't use this company to close your pool. For $500 they never lowered the water in the pool, didn't put on the leaf cover, didn't disconnect and store the pump, charged us for filling 10 water bags (which was grossly inadequate to keep the cover down), never stored the solar cover and had zero interest in hearing our complaints. For $500, I can put a cover on and vacuum out the lines myself. This place is a rip off.

Got our spa from them and it’s fantastic and everyone was super nice and knowledgeable.
We needed a new filter for our pool. I called "another" local company to see if they had filters in stock. I was told yes they had several. Went in the next day and was told no they have none they would have to order one. AND it would be 699.00 for a filter only no pump (we didn't need a pump). So I looked a my husband and said let's go to a few other places and see if someone has one in stock. Went to Rome PS they had one in stock. They actually had a kit filter and pump. Price... 499.00. Stopped in to get a new-to-us Snowboard set-up for my growing kiddo and found an oasis of Helmets and Boots, Bindings and of course Skis and Boards !!!! So excited to have this right in Rome, NY where we can try stuff on, find quality second-hand items for extremely reasonable prices and walk right out with it the same day, versus shopping online..... excellent customer service! I called them when the company I bought my hot tub from wouldn't service it. Rome Pool and Spas had my leak fixed in no time. I highly recommend them.
Outstanding service! Beth and Frank do an awesome job getting the water conditioned every year. Just do as Frank says! Had our liner replaced after 15 years and they did a great job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I cannot believe how fast they got my tub up and running again!! I have had my spa for 5 years and this is the first time I have had an issue. Jeff had me soaking again the same day! I highly recommend both Hot Springs and Rome Pool and Spas!
