This office, the doctors and staff are terrible. We’ve been with them for 10 years, and we’ve seen at least 9 different doctors. They can’t keep doctors and their bed side manor is atrocious. My children’s physicals are scheduled 1 year in advance and they called to reschedule them 3 times this year (2021-2022) because there wasn’t a doctor available. This group is not interested in the needs of your child or the community it is suppose to serve. After a long a frustrating process on the phone with a reciptionist who is in the wrong line of business and has no people skills , I was finally able to set up an appointment , one mth from my phone call for a flu shot for a 4 yr old. I called a week before to verify , again dealing with a recirptionist who clearly did not wish to help.
