Dr. Tallim told me to “grow some balls” for having severe crippling depression. Highly unprofessional.
Have been going here for years never had a problem. Dr. Garbooshian is a good doctor very patient and understanding. Staff is friendly. Worth the drive from Utica always get me in when needed.
What a nightmare!! This was my son's first appointment and we were there for almost 2 hours. We waited for the doctor for a long time and then I had to ask her numerous times to check my son's throat because it hurt. Then we waited for the nurse for shots and that was about 45 minutes. We overheard her say they can wait. My son got three shots and she was definitely not gentle. He said it was a horrible experience and wants to go back to our old practice.
