I have lived here since October 2025 and I love my apartment. It is just the right size. I love the security here. There is a call box for entry. My mom and sister come here to take me to appointments and they love it here. They say that they wish that their apartment complex was like this. My ex husband comes over for a visit once in awhile and he loves the apartment building also.
It's ok, it does have a lot of stressors. The office help chances allot. So does the rules.
Wish I could do 0 stars!!! What an awful awful place!!! Management staff yelling at tenants, maintenance of the building is depleted! These newly remodeled apartments are quickly becoming trash!! I would never rent from these people unless you wanna get screwed over!!! The manager is awful!
Based on repeated visits, Rome Meadows has deteriorated significantly since the change in management. The property is poorly maintained and visibly dirty both inside and out. The common areas and elevators are constantly saturated with overpowering marijuana and cigarette smoke, making the building unpleasant and unhealthy.
