I have been taking my 90 year old friend to Dr Rubinovich for treatment of severe arthritis of both knees. Her age does not support surgery. However this Dr has treated her with local injections and she has reported great relief from the pain. He always treats her with respect and genuine concern. He will see her as needed or on a regular basis if the need arises. I highly recommend him for orthopedic care. Bonnie Swisher
Been here since 8:30 for my mother in law she had an xray and we been sitting here waiting and waiting watching people coming in after us and getting X-rays after us yet being called to see dr before us. Terrible wait times. When I asked why are we waiting so long at first they acted like they didn't know. Asking what dr she was supposed to see etc.....it's been an hour since her xray this is rediculous.
DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE/DRS especially if you have an emergency! I was referred through the ER after a severe injury to my right leg requiring an ER visit Fri night, they called Mon AM after receiving the referral requesting paperwork from another Dr. They received said info within the hour. I waited until Thurs AM & since I had heard nothing I called & had to tell them they had everything. Their response "oh, yeah it's all here, I didn't see it". Dr Ross and Staff was awesome .. Nice environment and i was treated like a person not a number Everything went so smooth and was in and out in a very short time . Highly recommend Dr Ross and his team for Joint replacement .. Please Do not hesitate to call Rome Ortho for your joint replacement .. Rome Needs to keep Drs and staff like this in this area ..
Very good experience with Dr Ross and Dr Ryan-Thatchen-Carey. I would recommend them both!!
